Irfan Mazhab wa Maslak-Revised Edition

It is well known to every student of Islamic studies that differences of opinion among the Jurists over the matter of Jurisprudence was never an issue in Ahlus sunnah wal jamah. The scholars, who disagreed on the matters of Jurisprudence , wrote refutation of each other, but at the same time maintained respect and love for each other. They never resorted to personal attack or abuse. It is an irony of this 15th Islamic century that, disagreement in the matters of Jurisprudence has made certain Molvis to attack and abuse the scholars of Ahlus sunnah wal Jamah.

Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi is one of the leading scholars from Ahlus sunnah wal jamah who is respected and loved by sunnis across the globe. He has spent his entire life propagating the teachings of the Mujaddid of the fourteenth Century Imam Ahmad Rida Khan (Rh)

Shamshad Hussain Bihari, presently spending his life in Badaun, a Molvi from Mawlana Akhtar Raza camp made a futile attempt to refute Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi's book "Irfan Mazhab wa Maslak".The molvi from Akhatr Raza camp failed to provide an academic reply to Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi's book but made some personal remarks upon Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi. The ''Akhatri Molvi" accused Allama Yasin Akhatr Misbahi of taking money from heretics ( like deobandis, Nadvis etc) and working for them! Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi does not have proper sight in one of his eyes. The "Akhtari Molvi" stooped to the level where he made some ugly remarks on the eyes of Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi. Neither Mawlana Akhtar Raza Khan Nor any Molvi from his camp has criticised this low standard reply and personal attacks upon Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi. To make personal remarks and avoid an academic discussion is the trademark of ' Akhtari Camp". It should be noted that the book written by this "Akhtari Molvi" was distributed freely by the Azhari Fitna mongers. Molvi Zia al Mustafa, a leading member of the Azhari Camp along with the Camp Leader Mawlana Akhtar Raza Khan, both were told about the book and it was with their permission that the book was published. The book was read in front of them. The tile page of the book contains poetry with pungent remarks upon Yasin Akhtar Misbahi. The book also contains a threatening warning to Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbahi by a "Akhatri soldier" upon the former's next visit to Mumbai.

Ignoring these personal attacks,Allama Yasin Akhtar Misbani then wrote a Revised edition with some beneficial additions .

Revised edition of Irfan Mazhab wa Maslak is attached.

Fatwa on Photography and CCTV Camera- Jamia Amjadiya Razviya, Ghosi

Jamia Amjadiya Razviya/ Rizviya, Ghosi ( India) is a Madarsa under Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi. The Dar al Ifta of this madarsa was asked two questions with regard to photography for supererogatory ( nawafil ) Hajj and visiting those shrines ( mazaar) where CCTV camera is installed. We produce the fatwa for our Akhtari brethern along with a photograph from the shrine of Imam Ahmad Raza Rh showing a CCTV camera installed there. We hope Akhtari brethren won't say that the installed CCTV camera remains off!! The answer given in the fatwa states that getting oneself photograph is haram e zanni and performing nawafil hajj falls under the category of mustahab (recommended), hence one should not perform supererogatory ( nawfil) hajj, if one has to get photographed. Akhtari brethren will say that our pir sahab doesn't get photographed every time he goes for nawafil hajj. He has kept thousands of photographs as a stock and these were taken just once, many years back. In cas...

Akhtari Moon Sighting controversy

Akhtari Moon Sighting controversy In order to prove itself ‘special’ the Akhtari cult is often found to be crossing the limits set up by shariah. They claim to follow “Maslak e Ala Hazrat” but no Akhtari can give a final definition of “Maslak e Ala Hazrat”. In this regard they are very much like the present day “Ahlu hadith” sect whose members shy away from defining “ahlul hadith”. Yet another similarity between ‘Akhtari cult’ and ‘ahlul hadith cult’ is that they both consider themselves alone to be correct, even in the matters of Jurisprudence! In the last few years the members of the Akhtari cult have created a lot of confusion among the Sunni masses with regard to moon sighting for the holy month of Ramadan as well as Eid al fitr. 2012 Akhtari Moon Sighting controversy In the year 2012, during the month of Ramadan Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi went to a remote coastal town of Karnataka, which is a Southern Indian state. In this coastal town a local mureed of Molvi Zia al M...
