Maulvi Zia al Mustafa with Deobandis and Non Muslims

In this photograph Molvi Zia al Mustafa, who is called "Muhaddith e Kabeer" by his mureeds is seen sitting with Deobandi and Non Muslim leaders and scholars. After this photograph was published in the monthly Jam e Noor ( Aug 2009), the mureeds of Zia al Mustafa started criticizing the editor Khushtar Noorani for exposing the double standards of Zia al Mustafa who is in a habit of issuing verdict of ' Sulah Kulliyat' and 'Gumrahi' on other Sunni scholars who share stage with political leaders.

The Mureeds of Zia al Mustafa claim that he has memorized all the six basic hadith book! A blatant lie which is known to every one who knows Zia al Mustafa. He cannot recite even hundred hadith of our choice with chain and text.

Fatwa on Photography and CCTV Camera- Jamia Amjadiya Razviya, Ghosi

Jamia Amjadiya Razviya/ Rizviya, Ghosi ( India) is a Madarsa under Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi. The Dar al Ifta of this madarsa was asked two questions with regard to photography for supererogatory ( nawafil ) Hajj and visiting those shrines ( mazaar) where CCTV camera is installed. We produce the fatwa for our Akhtari brethern along with a photograph from the shrine of Imam Ahmad Raza Rh showing a CCTV camera installed there. We hope Akhtari brethren won't say that the installed CCTV camera remains off!! The answer given in the fatwa states that getting oneself photograph is haram e zanni and performing nawafil hajj falls under the category of mustahab (recommended), hence one should not perform supererogatory ( nawfil) hajj, if one has to get photographed. Akhtari brethren will say that our pir sahab doesn't get photographed every time he goes for nawafil hajj. We posted an article on 14 February 2015 regarding an Akhtari cult conference which was scheduled on 1 March 2015. On 13 March 2015 our friend Noori, a mureed of Mufti Akhtar Raza Khan Azhari Ridawi has replied to this article. Here is the poster Out of the many personalities mentioned on this poster we discussed two; namely Muhammad Owais Raza Quadri and Shaikh Mahmood Affandi (Mahmud Effendi) of Turkey in our article. The objections against Shaikh Mahmood Affandi were: 1. He often shares stage with leading deobandi scholars across the globe and accepts awards bestowed by the deobandi scholars. In 2013 deobandis bestowed the annual “Imam Muhammad Qasim Nanotwi Award” to Shaykh Mahmud Effendi.
