Salah on a moving train- Allama Muhammad Ahmad Misbahi

The teacher of the teachers ( Ustad al Asatiza) Allama Muhammad Ahmad Misbahi Former principal, Al Jamiat Al Ashrafia, Mubarakpur, India, the Number one Sunni Islamic University in India, is one of the most learned Sunni scholar of India. We will mention about the respected scholar in detail, in sha Allah, some other time.

Allama Muhammad Ahmad Misbahi is of the opinion that in case time is elapsing, fard and wajib salah ( along with sunnah of fajr salah) performed on a moving train in India, in the present conditions,need not be repeated after one gets down from the train.

Allama Muhammad Ahmad Misbahi delivered a lecture on this topic, which was later transcribed.Later he wrote two articles on this topic.When Akhtari cult raised some doubt on his first article, he wrote answer to the objections. As of now the Akhtari cult has gone silent and have no reply to this brilliant research by Allama Muhammad Ahmad Misbahi.

Fatwa on Photography and CCTV Camera- Jamia Amjadiya Razviya, Ghosi

Jamia Amjadiya Razviya/ Rizviya, Ghosi ( India) is a Madarsa under Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi. The Dar al Ifta of this madarsa was asked two questions with regard to photography for supererogatory ( nawafil ) Hajj and visiting those shrines ( mazaar) where CCTV camera is installed. We produce the fatwa for our Akhtari brethern along with a photograph from the shrine of Imam Ahmad Raza Rh showing a CCTV camera installed there. We hope Akhtari brethren won't say that the installed CCTV camera remains off!! The answer given in the fatwa states that getting oneself photograph is haram e zanni and performing nawafil hajj falls under the category of mustahab (recommended), hence one should not perform supererogatory ( nawfil) hajj, if one has to get photographed.
