Molvi Zia ul Mustafa on Video



The members of the Akhtari cult have made issues of legal and jurisprudence difference as the deciding crtiteria of being a Sunni or not. Unfortunately, with their shallow understanding of these issues, the Akhtari cult is moving away from the main stream Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamah.

The issue of T.V and Video recording is one such issue. Today, founder of the Akhtari cult, Mawlana Akhtar Raza Azhari Ridawi and his trusted lieutenet, Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi have started their campaign against many Sunni Scholars and Organizations, merely on the basis of this issue of TV and recording. The members of the Akhtari cult say that broadcasting and recording even Islamic speeches on TV is haram (forbidden).

However, the Akhtari cult is often exposed for their hypocrisy and double standards. In 1995, Molvi Zia al Mustafa went to United Kingdom to deliver a speech. His entire speech was recorded right in front of him, as can be seen in this video.

Camera, Focus light with stand and even a TV set was right in front of Zia al Mustafa, with his speech been recorded. Molvi Zia al Mustafa had no objection at that time! Perhaps, Maslak e Ala Hazrat was codified after 1995!  Even his turban style is different from the one which he practices today. In 1995, he left only one loose end hanging at the back. However, today, he insists on two loose ends, one erect on top and the other hanging at the back.

1995  में मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा इंग्लैंड के दौरे पर गए।   उनकी पूरी  तक़रीर  उनके सामने  कैमरे  में  में रिकॉर्ड  की जा रही थी , लेकिन मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा  को ऐतराज़  नहीं हुआ। मसलक ए  आला  हज़रत  की कोइ  याद नहीं  आयी।  अख्तरी  फ़िरक़े  का कोइ  उसूल  याद नहीं आया ! यही  अख्तरी फ़िरक़े के लोग आज विडियो  के मसले  को लेकर  सुन्नी मुसलमानो  को अहले सुन्नत से अलग करने की बात करते हैं। 

मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा के सामने  कैमरा , फोकस लाइट , टीवी सेट  सब कुछ रख हुआ था, रिकॉर्डिंग हो रही थी, लेकिन मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा तक़रीर  करते रहे।  शायद  मसलक  ए  आला हज़रत 1995 के बाद  बनाया गया है!

उस ज़माने में  मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा अमामा  शरीफ  भी, सिर्फ एक शिमले  के साथ बांधते थे, लेकिन अब  स्टाइल  बदल दी है!

Fatwa on Photography and CCTV Camera- Jamia Amjadiya Razviya, Ghosi

Jamia Amjadiya Razviya/ Rizviya, Ghosi ( India) is a Madarsa under Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi. The Dar al Ifta of this madarsa was asked two questions with regard to photography for supererogatory ( nawafil ) Hajj and visiting those shrines ( mazaar) where CCTV camera is installed.
