New Qadi al Qudat and Nayab Qadi

 Recently members of the Akhtari cult have started reading ," Bahar e Shariat" , the famous book of Hanafi jurisprudence. It is written in this book that a blind and a deaf cannot become Qadi. And if a person looses his eye sight after taking over the post of Qadi, he will be automatically dismissed from this post.

Since Mawlana Akhtar Raza Azhari Ridawi has lost complete eye sight, the members of the Akhtari cult have removed him from the post of Qadi al Qudat of Akhtari cult.

Similarly, it is also written in the books of jurisprudence that only a decent and well mannered Muslim can become a Qadi. Recently, a video has surfaced in which Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi can be seen getting his hands and  feet kissed by the female students of his madrasa. Due to this act, Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi has been sacked from the post of Nayab Qadi of Akhtari cult.

The people of knowledge have decided that Molvi Nazir Ashraf Ridawi Nagpuri, will be the new  Qadi al Qudat of the Akhtari cult and Molvi Anees Alam Ridawi Siwani, will be the new Nayab ( assistant) Qadi of the cult.

मोलवी  नाज़िर अशरफ  रिज़वी  नागपुरी  नए क़ाज़ी -उल - कुजात 

अनीस आलम  रिज़वी सिवानी नए  नायब क़ाज़ी 

हाल ही में  फ़िरक़े अख्तरिया के लोगों ने  फ़िक़्ह  की मशहूर किताब " बहार ए  शरीअत " को पढ़ना शुरू किया।  इस किताब में लिखा है कि :

1 )अँधा व बहरा क़ाज़ी नहीं हो सकता।

2 ) अगर कोइ शख्स क़ाज़ी बना और क़ाज़ी बनने के बाद उसकी आँख की रोशनी जाती रही , तो वो शख्स अपने आप क़ाज़ी के ओहदे से माज़ूल हो गया यानि हट गया।

इसको  पढ़ने के बाद फ़िरक़ा अख्तरिया ने ये फैसला किया है की मौलाना अख्तर रज़ा अजहरी रिज़वी अब क़ाज़ी उल  कुजात नहीं  रहे क्यूंकि उनकी आँखों की रोशनी बिलकुल भी नहीं है।

3 ) किताबों में ये भी लिखा है की क़ाज़ी शरीफ और शरीअत का पाबन्द होना चाहिए।  हाल ही में मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा रिज़वी  जो कि फ़िरक़े अख्तरिया के नायब क़ाज़ी  थे, उनका एक विडियो सामने आया है।  इस वीडियो में मोलवी ज़िआ उल मुस्तफा रिज़वी लड़कियों से घिरे हुए हैं  और अपना हाथ पाओं  चुमवा रहे हैं।  उनकी इस हरकत की वजह से उनको अख्तरी फ़िरक़े के नायब क़ाज़ी के ओहदे से हटा दिया गया है।

4 ) अहले इल्म ने ये फैसला किया है की मोलवी नाज़िर अशरफ  रिज़वी  नागपुरी  नए क़ाज़ी -उल - कुजात फिल  फ़िरक़े अख्तरिया  और मोलवी अनीस आलम रिज़वी सिवानी  नए  नायब क़ाज़ी , फ़िरक़े अख्तरिया का ओहदा संभालेगें.
