Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar Misbahi gives a reply that if any molvi can prove that the above mentioned book is against the teachings of Ahlus sunnah, then he will take back those words, will make tawba and will ask for a public apology in written, which will be published in all Indian sunni magazine. Mawalana Yaseen Akhtar Misbahi personally asked molvi Asjad Raza ( son of Mufti Akhtar Raza Sahab) and Molvi Zia al Mustafa to pin point those mistakes in the book and send a written reply to Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar sahab. Fatwa on Photography and CCTV Camera- Jamia Amjadiya Razviya, Ghosi

Jamia Amjadiya Razviya/ Rizviya, Ghosi ( India) is a Madarsa under Molvi Zia al Mustafa Ridawi. The Dar al Ifta of this madarsa was asked two questions with regard to photography for supererogatory ( nawafil ) Hajj and visiting those shrines ( mazaar) where CCTV camera is installed. We produce the fatwa for our Akhtari brethern along with a photograph from the shrine of Imam Ahmad Raza Rh showing a CCTV camera installed there. We hope Akhtari brethren won't say that the installed CCTV camera remains off!! The answer given in the fatwa states that getting oneself photograph is haram e zanni and performing nawafil hajj falls under the category of mustahab (recommended), hence one should not perform supererogatory ( nawfil) hajj, if one has to get photographed. Akhtari brethren will say that our pir sahab doesn't get photographed every time he goes for nawafil hajj. We posted an article on 14 February 2015 regarding an Akhtari cult conference which was scheduled on 1 March 2015. On 13 March 2015 our friend Noori, a mureed of Mufti Akhtar Raza Khan Azhari Ridawi has replied to this article. The objections against Shaikh Mahmood Affandi were: 1. He often shares stage with leading deobandi scholars across the globe and accepts awards bestowed by the deobandi scholars. In 2013 deobandis bestowed the annual “Imam Muhammad Qasim Nanotwi Award” to Shaykh Mahmud Effendi.
